SPA Etiquette

Guidance & Expectations

Here are some basic rules of spa etiquette to help you know what to expect and feel at ease.

Turn Cell Phone to Silent Mode

You can't relax if you're answering calls, checking emails, and texting during your treatment.

Arrive on Time

15 minutes is enough to allow ample time for paperwork, bathroom break and changing prior to session.

Speak up About What You Want

During the massage, feel free to speak up on anything you would like to be different—more pressure, less pressure, quieter music, a blanket if you're cold, turning the table warmer off. Your comfort is the most important thing, and your therapist is there for you.

Tipping

15-20% tip is recommended. If you'd like to give your therapist something extra for exceptional service, you can. If you were given a gift certificate, ask if the tip was included as it usually is not.

Canceling Your Appointment

Most spas have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you know you're not going to make it, let us know as soon as possible. If appointment is cancelled within 24hrs of an appointment a nonrefundable deposit will have to be made to book again in the future.
